Okay, so what do Luxembourg, Andorra, Cuba, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina all have in common? They, like Kazakhstan, Iran, Tunisia and the Occupied Palestinian Territories, are rated as being better places to live in than my beloved South Africa.
Rated by whom, you ask? By the United Nations, no less, in their annual report on 182 countries, based on the quality of life those countries' citizens experienced.
